Getting Started

If you have trains to sell, here are some tips to make the process easier:

• Create a list; most trains have a number and a roadname on the side. If you need help developing the list, please Contact Us.
• If you have time: note which items have their original box.
• Photos are helpful but not necessary.

Determining Value

We pay fair value on everything we buy but our offer will depend on a variety of factors:

• Condition matters! The nicer the item, the more it is worth.
• Completeness matters! If the original box, paperwork and all parts are present, the more it is worth.
• Rarity matters! If the item was produced in limited quantities, it will be worth more than common items.

We Will Buy What You Have to Sell

It is in your best interest to sell everything at once:

• Don’t get “cherry picked!” You will be left with items that no one wants.
• Don’t worry about cleaning the trains — we can do that. Don’t worry if they work or not — we will get them to work.
• We want to make sure you are comfortable with our process and we will pay for every item you have for sale — the “good, the bad and the ugly!”
